Kourtney Kardashian Lost 30 Lbs. of Baby Weight Thanks to THIS Healthy Snack!
Kourtney Kardashian's diet no longer involves eating a box of cookies a day — and boy, does it show!
Kourt has been looking better than ever lately, and has reportedly shed 30 of the nearly 45 pounds that she gained while pregnant with her daughter, Penelope, according to Us Weekly.
"When I'm here around the house, I just eat healthy," Kourtney says about how she lost the weight. "After I had Mason and was breastfeeding, I craved sweets, so I ate a box of Nilla Wafers a day. But I haven't done that this time."
So what has she been snacking on since giving birth on July 8 to her second child with Scott Disick? Apparently, she loves edamame and it helps her curb her cravings. Good to know!
Then again, nothing against edamame — which are green soybeans — but we'd prefer the box of cookies. Just sayin'.
