Melissa Rycroft Rushed to Hospital After Head Injury on Dancing With the Stars Set
While seemingly all the other members of Bachelor Nation have been suffering from broken hearts this week, The Bachelor Season 13 alum Melissa Rycroft has been tending to some actual aches and pains.
The Dancing With the Stars Season 15 All-Stars contestant was reportedly rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon after suffering from a head and neck injury during rehearsals for Monday’s show.
"Melissa was taken by ambulance to a local hospital where she is currently being examined," Melissa’s rep told People. "She was accompanied to the hospital by her husband, Tye Strickland, and her dance partner, Tony Dovolani. Everyone is taking all necessary precautions at this time."
Melissa has already been released from the hospital, but it’s still unclear whether or not she’ll be able to compete on Monday’s episode.
“Been a long (and tough week) of Tango...but back to attack again today,” Melissa tweeted on Saturday, a day before her injury. “Sometimes nothing motivates you like frustration...!”
