Check Out Alexander Skarsgard’s Gorgeous Los Angeles Home! (PHOTOS)
While we always imagined Alexander Skarsgard living in a lavish home with a Fangtasia-style basement (à la Eric Northman), actually seeing his not-so-humble abode is more than we could have ever dreamed of.
Even though the True Blood star has been living in Los Angeles for many years, he reportedly resisted settling down until March 2012. But his amazing home was worth the wait — the 1.85 million dollar estate is perched at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the bohemian hills of Los Feliz.
Real Estalker posted a slew of photos of Alexander’s new digs from the original Sotheby’s listing, but we’re sure he’s made some changes since he moved in earlier this year.
The blog reports that the single-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, nearly 2.5K square-foot home is an updated mid-century modern residence designed by renowned architect Phil Brown in 1963. Among the many original features are a spacious, sleek, Euro-brand kitchen, wrap-around terrace, and rooms with floor-to-ceiling walls of windows, but our personal favorite is the spectacular bathroom.
“The attached master bathroom has a long, floating double vanity, a two-person soaking tub set into a glass-tiled platform, a separate stall shower partially enclosed by a transparent sheet of glass,” Real Estalker describes.
A transparent glass shower? Oh, to be a fly on those walls …
