Which Teen Mom Wants to Lose 30 Pounds By Spring?

'Tis the season, Teen Mom fans! If your family is anything like ours, the next few months will be filled with copious amounts of mashed potatoes, gravy, and apple pie. And don't even get us started on the egg nog. In other words, a calorific nightmare!

But one former original 16 and Pregnant lady is taking a stand against winter weight gain. Our girl Whitney Purvis wrote on her Facebook page that she hopes to shed a significant number of lbs this season.

"My goal is to lose 30 pounds by spring," she wrote. "I wanna be tiny!"

Go for it, girl! Just make sure you're doing it the healthy way and getting all the proper nutrients. And if you need additional motivation, just look at Teen Mom's Gary Shirley. Not only is this dude cooking his own organic meals from scratch, but he's also taking up the fitness craze known as Zumba.

Fitness fever is in the air, y'all!
