6 Biggest WTF Moments From Revenge Season 2, Episode 5: “Forgiveness”
This week Emily Thorne went head-to-head with Sandy, and guess who won? Not Danny Zuko, we'll tell you that much. As usual, Revenge was a beautiful smorgasbord of delights, but there were a few jaw-droppers that rendered us slightly WTF'd.
We've rounded up the top six for you to ponder! Get it, Revengers.
6. Emily Sleeps in Yesterday Clothes
You guys, we're in crisis. Things are happening, and none of them are good. In fact, they are horrible. Obviously, we're referring to the fact that Emily woke up in the same outfit she was wearing when Amanda plummeted to her doom. In other words, yesterday's clothes.
Yep, this is a Category 2 fashion alert. But it gets worse!
5. Declan Squirts The Stowaway With Small Bottle in the Hopes of Fixing Structural Problems
How adorable was it when Declan wandered around The Stowaway squirting a small spray bottle? Sigh, this guy. Who knows what was in said bottle (ground lobster, we assume), but apparently Declan thinks it will solve The Stowaway's mold/structural problems. Dream big, little buddy. Dream big like your hair coif.
4. Victoria Arranges Flowers, Remains Creepy Queen Victoria is a busy lady. But when she isn't consumed with sleuthing, plotting, scheming, and watching Last of the Mohicans on repeat, she likes to arrange flowers in the most sinister way ever. But it's just like, girrrrrl. We see your maids. You aren't fooling anyone. Sure, clip your roses with those pruners, but we all know the underpaid help will end up fixing it later.
Apparently, Emily's mom has "mental problems," but let's be real. Lady friend is high on life and several other natural substances. Honestly, the last time we were around someone so dazed and confuzed we were watching the movie Dazed and Confused. Also, the way Kara fondled Victoria's rose was all kinds of creepy. Someone hand this broad a plate of brownies before she loses it.
2 Um, Emily Is a Ghost!
So, here's the deal: Kara Clarke successfully drowned Emily when she was 5 years old, and David Clarke brought her back to life. As in she was dead, but then not dead. Sound familiar? Yes, Revengers, Emily Thorne is a ghostess with the mostess, which means she's officially our spirit animal.
1. Nolan and Padma Have World's Most Ridiculous Breakfast
We're starting to understand why Nolan hasn't seen much action in his short, nerdy life. It appears that his idea of a romantic date is making ladies tromp around in "nature" while eating food that most likely has sand in it. Fail, Nolan. Somewhere, Tyler's celestial spirit is eye-rolling.
