Castle Review: What Did You Think of Castle Season 5, Episode 5: “Probable Cause”?
Wow, guys. Give us a minute as we recover from a seriously intense episode.
It started off innocently enough — with, you know, a body suspended from a ceiling in a ritualistic killing straight from the demented imagination of a serial killer. But then it took a disturbing twist whenCastle’s (Nathan Fillion) fingerprints showed up at the crime scene.
As the evidence continued to mount against our favorite fictional mystery novelist, he suddenly found himself under arrest and pinned with both a murder and an affair.
Fortunately, the team refused to believe his culpability — especially Beckett(Stana Katic), who knows her man is capable of gross immaturity, not a heinous crime or infidelity.
The true culprit? The diabolical 3XK, who committed a crime against humanity when he messed with TV’s hottest couple and landed Castle behind bars. Translation: He robbed us of the joy of a Caskett hookup this week, which is — in a word — unforgivable.
The episode, however, was fabulous. Unlike 3XK’s sadistic agenda. Agree? Disagree? Sound off below!
It deserves more than five stars: Best. Episode. Ever.
