Watch Loren Allred and Nicole Nelson Battle in The Voice Knockout Rounds on Oct. 29, 2012 (VIDEO)

Wedding singer Loren Allred had a bit of trouble channeling Amy Winehouse in rehearsals, but her rendition of “You Know I’m Not Good” is so good it brings Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera to their feet. In fact, Adam is in such shock he says, “The element of surprise was so astonishing, I don't know what to do.”

Following Loren, Nicole Nelson brings some serious soul to the stage with “If I Ain’t Got You” by Alicia Keys. “Your voice is like a warm blankie,” Cee Lo comments.

In perhaps one of the biggest surprises of the season, Adam chooses Loren, even though he was sure he’d go for Nicole. Blake seems to agree when he says, “Loren just became what we’re looking for on this show.”
