Watch Julio Cesar Castillo and MarissaAnn in The Voice Knockout Rounds on Oct. 30, 2012 (VIDEO)

After last night’s round of knockouts, it was time for Team Blake Shelton to prove themselves on The Voice stage.

Up next Blake paired two underdogs — mariachi singer Julio Cesar Castillo and Blake’s “steal” MarissaAnn. Julio surprised his coach by tackling a Justin Bieber song. But MarissaAnn wasn’t ready to throw in the towel and chose “Lady Marmalade.”

MarissaAnn’s former coach, Christina Aguilera, said she delivered on such a challenging song. Blake said both were great performances and that the contestants were dead even. That being said, he went with the contestant he’d invested more time in and picked Julio.

Did you think Julio deserved to win? Watch the video and tell us below!
