The Real Housewives of New Jersey Tweet During the Aftermath of Hurricane Sandy

We usually poke fun at the random rants our Jersey gals throw up on Twitter, but it was a devastating week for The Real Housewives of New Jersey as Hurricane Sandy tore through their home state, and there's nothing funny about that. Thankfully, the ladies are all safe and sound, and they're even trying to stay positive in the face of disaster.

Here are some of their thoughts from the last few days.

Kathy Wakile

"Watching the news coverage of #Sandy for 1st time since Sun night, how very sad & devastating Praying 4 every1 that suffered severe damage"

"My 2 men @richardwakile @JosephWakile have been working tirelessly outside all day cleaning the yard from #SandysMess They're still out there"

"Peeps in our neighborhood are starting getting around, we're very lucky, sending out prayers to those who got hit really hard by #Sandy"

Jacqueline Laurita

"Its stressful rt now but things will get better. Bond w/family & neighbors.Help others. It'll make u feel good. Good things will come"

"Trying setting up a camp in one of your rooms. Use flashlights, get ur blankets & pillows. Play old school games! Enjoy family time."

Teresa Giudice

"My home is still overflowing with friends and family. We're enjoying Joe's fine wine, Fabellini and friendship. We're there for each other."

"Cooking for friends who have no power. Tell me some of your big recipes for feeding large groups. Your favorite?"

Caroline Manzo

"The path of destruction #sandy left is mind boggling - no words, so sad"

"House is packed - still no power but all safe & sound - thank u God"

"If you're lucky enough to find a gas station that has gas the lines are insane - 150+ cars waiting"

Melissa Gorga

"Thank God my family is safe. We are cold with no power & I had to walk down the street to make this tweet.."

"I Have to say I'm now enjoying being home without the TV. This is real family time."

How are all of you holding up?
