How Did Khloe Kardashian Lose Weight Before Her X Factor Debut?
Live TV is nerve wracking enough without having to worry about the extra 10 pounds the camera famously adds on.
Prior to making her big debut on The X Factor last week, Khloe Kardashian reportedly vowed to lose 10 pounds before stepping onstage.
The reality star opened up to People about the steps she took to look fab next to co-host Mario Lopez.
“I tried to cut out a lot of sweets,” Khloe said. “And I love...cheese. [Cheese] is not a sweet, but...I don’t care.”
She also stressed the importance of lifestyle changes over crash dieting, admitting that she used to do the latter but never succeeded in keeping the weight off.
“I’m working out consistently like three to five days a week...It’s been harder,” Khloe admitted. “But I’m just changing my diet slowly.”
We thought she looked great during her live TV debut, nipple-baring aside. Keep doing what you’re doing, girl!
