More Legal Drama for Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian: Another Company Plans to Sue Over Khroma Beauty Line
The legal battles just never seem to end for the Kardashian family.
Earlier last week, TMZ reported that Beverly Hills entrepreneur Michael Rey was planning to sue Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe over their Khroma Beauty line, claiming the makeup products are too close in name to his own line, Chroma Makeup.
Now the media outlet reports that yet another company is planning to sue the K-Dash gals over trademark infringement. Kroma Makeup, a cosmetics company founded in 2004, was apparently enraged after finding out about the Kardashian’s Khroma Beauty — especially considering they trademarked the name back in January.
To complicate matters, a trademark request for Kardashian Khroma was rejected back in September by the U.S. Patent and Trademark office because the spelling was too similar to Kroma Makeup.
The two comparably named makeup companies reportedly met up to negotiate but have yet to settle on any sort of resolution.
