Glee’s Top 10 Hottest Guys — Including Blaine, Brody, and Sam!
We’ve already counted down Glee’s Top 10 Sexiest Girls, but now it’s time for the list that really matters: the gentlemen! And this list was even tougher than the ladies’, since the countless number of hot dudes on the show means that well-deserving but less frequently appearing candidates won’t necessarily make the cut (hope you understand, Dr. Carl [John Stamos]).
Okay, with that disclaimer out of the way, here are our picks for the ten most swoon-worthy guys to ever appear on the show. And after you’ve mopped up the drool from your laptop keyboard, be sure to tell us if you agree.
Typically, we would find ending a relationship by throwing eggs at someone to be a turnoff. But we’ll make an exception for a guy as easy on the eyes as Jesse (Jonathan Groff), with that shockingly good voice and just enough edge to drive us all kinds of wild. Plus, if we ever were to date him, we’d be able to borrow his conditioner, because whatever he’s using in his hair is totally working.
Is Kurt(Chris Colfer) more adorable than hot? Perhaps, but that certainly hasn’t kept the eligible suitors from rolling in, from Blaine (Darren Criss) (whom you’ll see later on this list!) to Chandler the music store guy to even Mercedes(Amber Riley)! And with a voice like he’s got, plus his ability to wow with his wardrobe, there’s no question as to why he can break hearts with the best of ‘em.
Blake Jenner(Ryder) was certainly popular with the ladies on Glee Project (isn’t that right, Aylin?), and his character Ryder is equally dreamy. Ryder is sweet, athletic, and his hair is just begging you to run your hands through it. Who wants to be rude and say no to Ryder’s hair? Not us.
What can we say? We’re suckers for a bad boy with a devil-may-care attitude and a chiseled jaw line — and the McKinley ladies don’t appear to disagree, as Jake (Jacob Artist) has already sparked a love triangle between Kitty and Marley. All we can really say about the Puckermans is that they have one handsome gene pool.
Sebastian (Grant Gustin) referred to Blaine as “sex on a stick,” but if someone were to refer to Sebastian as that, we would not be inclined to disagree. We like a guy who plays by his own rules, and while throwing rock salt at Blaine is kind of a deal breaker, there’s no denying this guy is smokin’. Then again, do those Dalton blazers look bad on anyone? We think not.
Maybe the word “sexy” isn’t be the first one to describe Finn (Cory Monteith) with, but this sweetie is without a doubt the most huggable guy on the show. And any time we get a glimpse of him in his football uniform, or see him sweating away under a car, or hear him singing his adorable little heart out, we’re reminded of just how handsome he is. Rachel (Lea Michele) is a lucky girl — and so is Lea!
There may be a new Puckerman in town — a.k.a. his half-brother, Jake — but Puck the Elder will always have a special place in our hearts. There’s no denying that Jake does well with the ladies, but “does well” doesn’t even begin to describe the success that Puck’s (Mark Salling) had. And to do that all while sporting that silly mohawk? That’s not easy to accomplish. (No offense, Mr. T.)
We were actually impressed that Rachel was able to maintain a coherent conversation with Brody (Dean Geyer) when she first met him — and he was half-naked. If it were us, we would be standing and staring. And we’re not saying Rachel should pick Brody over Finn; we’re just saying that we loved watch him do sit-ups in “Britney 2.0,” and if he wanted to do them every time he was on camera, we wouldn’t complain.
Sam (Chord Overstreet) has come a long way from being mocked as “Trouty Mouth” to becoming the sexiest Vice President ever! (Sorry, Joe Biden.) The dude has got abs for days, he looks amazing in teensy gold Rocky Horror shorts (no easy feat), and he even manages to pull off the “stripper glitter” look. We miss seeing him with both Mercedes and Quinn(Dianna Agron) — but we also like that he’s now single, since it makes us think we have a chance.
Yes, we might be kinda-sorta giving Blaine the cold shoulder at the moment for cheating on Kurt. That said, we just can’t deny that Blaine really is our “teenage dream.” We could go on and on about why he’s so perfect, between the smile, the voice, and the hair (we’ll say it again: the hair!). But words can’t capture just how great it is to set eyes on the guy. To answer the question posed in one of his songs: Yes, Blaine, we do want you — and possibly to an unhealthy degree.
