Radar Online: Real Housewives’ Lisa Vanderpump Didn’t Sell Us Stories

In Part 1 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Season 2 reunion, frenemies Lisa Vanderpump and Adrienne Maloof were at each other’s bejeweled throats over a host of issues, but perhaps the biggest squabble happened when Adrienne accused the V. Pump of selling stories to gossip website Radar Online.

The fight started when Lisa pointed fingers at Adrienne’s chef, Bernie Guzman, claiming he had sold unflattering stories about her to the tabloids. The accusation made Adrienne’s blood boil, and the petite millionairess retaliated by claiming Lisa has sold stories herself — to Radar Online. Shocked, Lisa adamantly denied the allegation, but Adrienne wouldn’t budge. “You’ve never sold a story? To Radar Online?” Adrienne asked, to which Lisa responded: “Never sold a story. Have I talked to Radar Online? Yes.”

It’s true: Lisa has chatted with the website on several occasions, but swore that she’s never received so much as one paycheck from the site. On January 31, David Perel, executive vice president and managing editor for Radar, came to the British beauty’s defense on Twitter. “No, Lisa didn't sell @radar_online info! Loved the reunion,” he tweeted, adding that Lisa’s a “very nice person” and he was “happy to set the record straight for Lisa and everyone.”

Earlier in Season 2, Taylor Armstrong’s husband, Russell, accused Lisa of tipping off Us Weekly about his failing marriage. In Part 2 of the reunion, Brandi Glanville adds some fuel to the Lisa-Adrienne fire by claiming that she’s heard Ms. Maloof doesn’t like her former neighbor.
