Their Fresco Menu offers several options on the lighter side — we especially like the Fresco Chicken Soft Tacos. Two of these bad boys will only add 340 calories to your day and 8 grams of fat. Not too shabby!
Panda Express Shanghai Angus Steak Don’t be afraid of the panda! While most of us think Chinese and immediately let our pants out an inch, we can skip that step by staying away from the fried rice and carby noodle dishes. Go for a simpler meat and veggies entree but try to stay away from anything breaded, fried or layered in sauces. The Shanghai Angus Steak and Veggies is an awesome 220 calories and 7 grams of fat. It’s hard to say no to that!
Say no to the nuggets! Just because you’re pulling up to Mickey D’s doesn’t mean your diet has to go out the window. This meal will cost you 320 calories and 12 grams of fat and save you a lot of grief. Of course, go for a low-cal dressing like Italian or Balsamic Vinaigrette.
