We can't wait to see what happens now that Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) is back where she belongs on Grey's Anatomy. The lawsuit continues. According to the press release about the episode, "as the doctors continue with their lawsuit, they’re forced to confront the realities of their injuries." Based on this sneak peek, they will also be forced to face the reality of who their lawsuit might hurt — namely, the pilot of the plane, who was in the crash with them.

Derek's hand. Speaking of confronting the realities of their injuries, it looks like Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) get into it about the failed surgery to restore his hand.

Cristina's return. The press release says that Cristina (Sandra Oh) will try "to find normalcy in her new environment." Based on the preview of the episode, she'll be back to her old, snarky self around the interns, but in this sneak peek she and Owen (Kevin McKidd) are still all kinds of awkward. We know the couple does "more than kissing" in an upcoming episode that has already been filmed, but we're not sure how far forward their relationship will move this week.

Arizona back to work. The press release also reveals that Bailey (Chandra Wilson), always a crafty one, "tricks Arizona [Jessica Capshaw] into helping her with a pediatric case."

April and Jackson. Good news for April (Sarah Drew)/Jackson (Jesse Williams) shippers: There will be more of them this week.

An important case of this week. This episode will feature a patient of the week who suffers from Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome (perhaps it's the patient in this sneak peek), a disease that Chandra Wilson's eldest daughter suffers from. Chandra, who directed the episode, will be making a PSA about the disease in the hopes of spreading awareness.
