Jon Bon Jovi’s Daughter Arrested, Allegedly Overdosed on Heroin (UPDATE)
UPDATE: According to TMZ, the D.A. has dropped all charges against Stephanie, "because of a New York law that specifically prohibits prosecution of people experiencing a drug overdose — as well as the people who help them seek medical care."
Ouch. Heroin. There are no "good" drugs, but heroin? That's a scary one to be playing with.
Jon Bon Jovi has four children and the oldest, his only daughter, is 19-year-old Stephanie, whom TMZ says was arrested at her school after an alleged heroin overdose.
Early this morning, someone at Hamilton College in upstate New York reported that Stephanie had overdosed and was unresponsive, so police and emergency services responded to her dorm room and reportedly found a small amount of heroin, plus marijuana. Stephanie was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
And now she has her name all over the Internet — partly because she’s the daughter of a famous guy, but also because she’s messin’ around with smack. College is too expensive — even for rich people — to be wasted away on junk like that.
