Vampire Diaries Logic Fails For Season 4, Episode 5, “The Killer”
The Vampire Diaries is a show where witches can bring people back from the dead, vampires kiss humans instead of ripping their throats out, and werewolves have silky smooth chests when they haven’t transformed. And we accept all of this without blinking an eye. Yet it’s the little things that make us scoff and say, “That would never happen.” Check out the biggest logic fails from Season 4, Episode 5, “The Killer.”
And why didn’t Stefan (Paul Wesley) just say Klaus had a plan to take care of Connor(Todd Williams), but the hunter still had some valuable information, so they needed him to stay alive? The lies just made Caroline angry and Connor dead.
Silly question Damon (Ian Somerhalder) asks his brother, “Since when do we team up with Klaus?” Um, since last week, when you and the hybrid paired up to take down Connor. Hopefully that explosion didn’t affect Damon’s short-term memory.
How far is Italy? So, Connor tells Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) that they had their shirtless drawing class yesterday; when Klaus calls Stefan from Italy, he’d made remarkable progress with the dig in that scant 24 hours. There were cavernous holes all over that church. Oh, Vampire Diaries time. You move so strangely.
There’s a lot of hot air in Mystic Falls When Caroline’s mother blocks off the streets near the Grill with cop cars, she blames the trouble on a faulty gas main. This is right on the heels of Pastor Young’s unfortunate gas line “accident.” Come on, Carol. Be a little more original.
Klaus’s blood Once they knew Connor was adept at getting werewolf venom, why didn’t they keep a little of Klaus’s blood on ice when the OV decided to leave for what could’ve been a long voyage? Always be prepared, guys!
