Promo for Glee Season 4, Episode 7: Our In-Depth Analysis of “Dynamic Duets” — So Many Superheroes! (VIDEO)

From cool and quirky superhero costumes to scheming, evil Warblers, there’s so much going down during next week’s Glee Season 4, Episode 7: “Dynamic Duets.” The Thanksgiving night episode looks to be jam-packed with shocking twists and turns, and we’re on the hunt to find out as much about it as we can.

We’ve seen the promo for the episode, and now we’re breaking it down — second by second, frame by frame — in search of clues. Take a look at what we’ve discovered.

00:01 — “Looking for a hero?”
Puck is a superhero. “I’m the PuckerMan!” And what a wonderful, red-mohawked Superhero his is.

00:03 — “How about some Superheroes?”
Becky (Lauren Potter) is in costume as the “Queen Bee.” Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz) is dressed as the “Asian Persuasion.” Marley (Melissa Benoist) is rockin’ a tight gold leotard as the Wonder Woman-tastic “Woman Fierce.”

00:04 — Even Coach Beiste is a superhero.
“I’m the Beiste-Master,” she tells Finn (Cory Monteith), with a swoosh of her giant purple cape.

00:05 — But obviously, Brittany’s (Heather Morris) is the best.
“I’m the human brain,” she says. So perfect. So very, very perfect.

00:10 — “Next Thursday, it’s super Gleeeeeee!”
We’ve seen almost all the costumes already. But it turns out that even Finn has one. “I’m the almighty Treble Clef.” Uh, Finn? You might need to work on that one.

00:14 — “An epic battle begins...”
Hunter (Nolan Gerard Funk), Dalton’s dastardly new Warbler, swirls around in his big brown chair. He strokes his white cat, Dr. Evil-style. This does not look good.

00:16 — “Present the blazer,” he commands.
We see what your doing here, Hunter. You’re trying to make Blaine ditch the New Directions and head back to Dalton. You won’t get away with it! We won’t let you.

00:17 — Blaine smiles. “That’s not going to work on me.”
Hunter counters: “Then why be afraid to try it on?” The jacket falls down onto Blaine’s shoulders. We can't help but notice that Sebastian (Grant Gustin) is the one who put in on him. Welcome back, Sebastian! We missed you and your snark so much! (But you and all your flirtatious quips need to stay the heck away from Blaine.) Blaine grins. The fireplace nearby hisses and screams. There is evil afoot!

00:21 — “Will the forces of evil win?”
Well, that cat is pretty creepy. But HUGE SPOILER ALERT we have it on good authority that Blaine does NOT go back to the Warblers, neither before nor after Sectionals.

00:23 — Finn, however, is not so convinced.
“You sang with the Warblers??!” He did, Finn. It was a Kelly Clarkson song. And we’re betting it was awesome.

00:25 — Artie is freaking out.
“He’s been taken for the Dark Side.” Not yet, Artie. But you probably have a right to be concerned.
