Kim Kardashian Vows to Lose 10 Pounds: What’s Her Diet Plan?
It’s Thanksgiving, but don’t expect Kim Kardashian to be indulging in the culinary delights of the food-centric holiday.
A source close to the curvy reality star tells Us Weekly that Kim is determined to tone up and lose at least 10 pounds. What’s her secret weapon?
A personal trainer, of course.
Kim has reportedly hired celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who’s helped the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez and Ashley Greene stay in shape. In fact, she trained with Tracy as recently as November 5. The hard-hitting fitness guru is known for her two-hours a day, six-days-a-week program that mixes dance with aerobic activities.
With Kim’s busy schedule and frequent traveling, Tracy won’t be by her side all the time, but she’ll manage to fill the gaps with other trainers.
“She’ll have a pro with her wherever she goes,” the source said.
