Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Where Is Lisa Vanderpump’s New House?

Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, probably could have moved themselves — you know, with help from a few friends and a couple of grocery carts (that was a joke) — because they did not move far, right around the corner from their old house in Beverly Hills! Until last year, Lisa and Ken lived in a mansion on Beverly Park Way. Their neighbors included Adrienne Maloff and Paul Nassif, if you can believe it. (Amazing to consider, in light of all the tension between Lisa and Adrienne in Season 3). But Lisa and Ken decided to try something new, and slightly smaller (only 8000 sq. ft.). So they sold the old shack for $18.8 million. Lisa says she loves how easy it is to locate another member of her family in the new house. In the super-cavernous former residence, Lisa did a lot of location-based hollering as in, "Ken!! Ken? Where are you, Ken?" But with a more open layout, she can put her hands on her husband at any time. (That sounds dirty!) So how big was the old house? Well, in June of this year, after new owners had taken over, a fire broke out in the former Vanderpump-Todd abode, likely the result of renovation work taking place. An official with the LA Fire Department told local CBS news that, "that house is the size of a supermarket." That's big!
