First, Phaedra and her hubby, Apollo, took Ayden for his first big-boy haircut. Of course, one glance at the buzzers and scary chairs of the barbershop has the little guy whimpering with fear. Um, cutest kid ever?
Anyway, the kid's got his second birthday coming up, so he's got to look dapper because you know Phaedra is gonna throw him some crazy-ass party. Plus, he's quite pleased with the final product. And yes, definitely, cutest kid ever.
Indeed, Phaedra is planning an over-the-top celebration for Ayden's big 0-2, as she calls it. Naturally, she has sought the services of her "Dwight in shining armor." You may remember Phaedra's ballet-dancer baby shower and Ayden's 12-cake 1st-birthday extravaganza — for this year's event, Dwight has chosen an aquarium as the setting, which most people probably can't afford for their weddings.
Kandi Burruss ponders whether Phaedra will make her big entrance via whale-riding or mermaid-impersonating. Nope, it's a marching drum band and a choo-choo train that escorts the royal family into the arena. Well, Kandi was right about one thing: it was definitely crazy.
Kim Zolciak calls in the middle of the festivities to tell Phaedra she won't be making it, while Kandi smirks and snickers in response, but Kim's absence doesn't take away from the main attraction of the day, a private dolphin-slash-theatrical show. As in real dolphins, doing it up, at a 2-year-old's party. Even Apollo is looking around, like, "is this really happening?"
