Jenelle Evans has an addiction, and we're not just talking about the scent emanating from Kieffer Delp's raggedy green hoodie. This season on Teen Mom 2, the reality starlet's struggles with marijuana are front and center.
After violating her probation and testing positive for the drug (twice!), she tells her lawyer Dustin she'd rather serve jail time than endure the utter agony of more probation. During an emotional conversation with her mom, Jenelle reveals that can't (read: won't) kick her weed habit.
But that was over a year ago, and things have changed tremendously for Little J. During an exclusive interview with Wetpaint Entertainment, she confirmed that she's totally clean and has no plans of returning to her toke-smokin' days.
"I've been sober for eight months now," she said, smiling.
So where did Jenelle get the inspiration to turn her life around? None other than fellow Teen Mom Amber Portwood.
"I look at Amber and she was on probation the same time I was before I went to jail, and I was straightening up and sobering up and passing my drug test, all I kept hearing was that she was failing her drug test and getting into more trouble," she confessed. "And that just gave me — it sounds kind of mean in a way — but it gave me motivation to do better."
