Back in 2009, Kelly told People Magazine that she sticks to a vegetarian diet and “mostly eats raw foods.”
“Every night it's a cobb salad with no meat, no cheese and no egg yolks," Kelly told the magazine. Although she admitted that she eats a bite-sized Snickers bar every day as a treat.
As for her fitness regimen, the 5’1”, 100 lbs. star says that she does 1,000 sit-ups a day. Whoa! We assume that’s in addition to a balanced cardio workout routine as well. Plus, doing DWTS can definitely burn a lot of fat!
