Marley Asks Jake Out! OMG Moments From Glee Season 4, Episode 7: “Dynamic Duets”

This week’s Glee did not disappoint, as it was packed with crazy twists and jaw-dropping moments — especially with Blaine (Darren Criss) back in the blazer. Here are our picks for the top five OMG moments from Season 4, Episode 7: “Dynamic Duets.”

5. New Directions knocks “Some Nights” out of the park!

Finn may have gotten off to a rocky start during his first day leading glee (seriously, Finn [Cory Monteith] Foreigner?), but he managed to bring the group together and help Ryder (Blake Jenner) learn about dyslexia. And because nothing says you’ve made up like singing a big group number, the gang united for an amazing rendition of “Some Nights.” The glee club definitely knows what it stands for.

4. Puck’s back — and red-dy for action.

We loved Puck’s (Mark Salling) hilarious appearance in the red mohawk, as he even managed to offer Jake (Jacob Artist) some sound advice. (Who knew Puck would become the voice of reason on this show?) Come to think of it, Puck and Teri Hatcher (who has spent time with a different superhero on Lois and Clark) would make a seriously photogenic couple.

3. It’s a bird! It’s a Blaine!

The only thing tough about seeing all the creative and impressive superhero costumes that the New Directions members were sporting this week was deciding which one we liked best. Was it Brittany’s (Heather Morris) Human Brain? Or Blaine’s Nightbird? How about Finn and his mysterious bulge? Don’t make us choose!

2. Warblers are back. Be afraid.

Normally, we love watching the Warblers, but the threat of Blaine going back to Dalton made it difficult to enjoy their awesome version of “Dark Side.” As much as we loved seeing Blaine back in the blazer and meeting new hottie Hunter (Nolan Gerard Funk) we think he made the right choice by following Sam’s advice and sticking with McKinley. Blam for the win!

1. Marley asks Jake out. (Ryder, who?)

We never thought we’d see Jake and Ryder make nice, as Ryder gets Jake’s back against the jocks. Still, we can’t imagine it will always be smooth sailing for these two handsome frenemies, now that Marley (Melissa Benoist) has made her move on Jake by asking him out on the night that she was supposed to go out with Ryder. Will it be Jarley or Ryley in the end? Tough call!

I can totally choose the best one.

I can't possibly pick just one favorite!
