The Vampire Diaries

How Much Money Does Paul Wesley Make Per Episode of The Vampire Diaries?

How much money does Paul Wesley make? Way more than us. (But maybe not as much as you might think!)

While these numbers have not been confirmed, various sources say the Vampire Diaries star makes somewhere between $30,000 – 40,000 per episode. That means that each week he and his spiky hair grace us with their presence, Paul’s walking away with enough cash to buy himself a brand new Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic Electra Glide. (We know he likes his bikes!) And at an average of 22 episodes per season, that rings up between $660,000 - 880,000 a year!

Now, Paul’s paycheck is certainly nothing to sneeze at, but you might be surprised that he’s on the lower end of the TV salary spectrum. As of 2011, Castle’s Nathan Fillion makes $100,000 an episode, while Patrick Dempsey pockets $250,000 for Grey’s!

We realize the CW isn’t one of the big three networks, but if his reported salary is true, Paul deserves so much more! Shall we pickett in his defense?
