The Vampire Diaries

Where Did Paul Wesley Go to High School? You Asked, We Answer

Get ready to swoon, bad boy fans. Vampire DiariesPaul Wesley (Stefan Salvatore) was a bit of trouble maker in his high school days. In fact, he got expelled once.

The Sentinel reports Paul started at New Jersey’s Christian Brothers Academy. “Basically it was an all-boys Christian academy with a shirt and tie and no girls, so how could you not get into trouble? There were no women; what were you supposed to do?” Paul explained to Wonderland Magazine. After he got kicked out, he went to Marlboro High School.

During his junior year, Paul scored a role on Guiding Light and transferred to Lakewood Prep. "I would go to school once or twice a week, but they were really awesome and let me do the work from home. They facilitated it so I was able to get a high school degree," Paul told The Sentinel. After he earned his degree in 2000, Paul spent a semester at Rutgers University.

Eventually, Paul decided to pursue acting full-time, which ultimately led to his role on The Vampire Diaries. “Stay in school” is always a good message... except in Paul’s case, right?
