Grey’s Anatomy’s Sarah Drew: April “Doesn’t Know How to Deal” With Jackson

This week’s episode of Grey's Anatomy (Season 9, Episode 7: "I Was Made for Lovin’ You") started off a little rough for Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew) … then it became very sweet and romantic … and then it ended on a sour note also called a break-up. So what is it with April? Does she want Jackson for life or just for sex?

According to Sarah Drew, it’s not just about sex, but that doesn’t mean that April understands how to deal with it. After all, did you see her panic last night when she thought she might be pregnant? She’s not exactly a calm person.

When a fan took to Twitter to ask Sarah if she thinks April really loves Jackson or if it’s just a casual thing, Sarah responded, “I think she cares deeply for him but doesn't know how to deal with what she feels.”

It makes sense for someone who has never really had a serious relationship (that we know of). Has April ever said (and meant) those three little words to anyone before? It will be interesting to find out, especially since (spoiler alert!) we have a feeling they’ll get back together eventually.

Do you guys think April and Jackson are just a phase, or are they in it for the long haul?

Catch the next new episode of Grey’s Anatomy on Thursday, December 6 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
