Fifty Shades of Grey-Inspired Workout Has Moves Like “Seductive Squats”

According to the New York Daily News, there is now such a thing as a Fifty Shades of Grey-inspired workout, led by fitness trainer Kristen James, who is not related to Fifty Shades author E.L. James.
Her 50 Shapes Workout has 13 exercises designed to translate to better, bolder sex — ala Christian and Ana in Fifty Shades. Some of the moves are called "bend-over-better," "sexy scissors," and "seductive squat."
