Kim Zolciak’s Child Molester Ex-Husband Is Set to Be Released From Prison Next Year

Kim Zolciak may have bid farewell to The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but the drama is literally following this H’wife everywhere. Between her housing situation and all of the tumult surrounding her RHoA exit, Kim just can’t catch a break, and this latest development could really affect her life in a profound way.

According to Radar Online, Kim’s ex-husband, Daniel Dominic Toce, (and father to her 15-year daughter Brielle) is set to be released from prison on Feb. 14, 2013. Daniel was sent to prison for felony sex abuse against a minor after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a 15-year-old girl in 2011.

He was serving out his sentence at a maximum security prison in Connecticut, but was recently transferred to a level 3 security prison, also in Connecticut, in preparation for his upcoming release.

Daniel has had little to no involvement in Brielle’s life, and Radar also reports that protective mama Kim is actually trying to get her ex to terminate his parental rights.

Luckily, Kroy Biermann has been an excellent father figure for Brielle and Ariana, and is reportedly hoping to legally adopt both girls soon.

Do you think Kim’s daughters will benefit from having Kroy in their lives? Tell us below!
