JWOWW’s Diet Tips: How Does the Jersey Shore Star Stay So Fit?

JWOWW has been one of the sexiest Jersey Shore stars since day one — and her fake boobs aren't the only reason! JWOWW is always looking fit and slender. But how does she keep her body in such good shape?

In a recent blog post JWOWW dished on her easy fitness secret: staying active every day!

JWOWW says she makes it a point to go to the gym five days a week, but she also drops some helpful hints for those who can't quite bring themselves to drag their butts to the gym every day.

In the post JWOWW points out the everyday activities can help you stay active. Shopping, cooking, taking a quick walk, and even cleaning can help burn the calories — especially if you throw in some squats between sweeping the floor or cracking some eggs.

Meanwhile, when it comes to food, JWOWW is a devout fan of cooking for yourself. She's even shared a healthy, delicious three day menu to give you an idea of what kind of foods she eats to stay so skinny.
