Ashley Hebert’s Wedding Dress Designer: “She’s a Petite Barbie Doll”

Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum's fairytale wedding on December 1st was an affair to remember, and we can't wait to see these two become man and wife during their ABC wedding special on Sunday, December 16th!

Ashley wore a stunning Randi Rahm fit-and-flare gown, which was fitted to hug all her curves, and a hand-beaded, removable train. "She's like a petite Barbie doll," Randi tells InStyle. "I wanted to accentuate her rear end—it had a real Jessica Rabbit hug-the-tush feel!" Ashley's train was 14 feet long and 40 pounds, but Ash says it was completely worth it. "It was connected to the top of my back, so walking up and down the steps was like I was at the gym!"

Ashley paired her dress with soft pink 4.5 inch Manolos — the exact same style that Carrie Bradshaw wore in the Sex and the City movie! She chose Fiji by OPI for her nails (to match wedding colors of pink, champagne and ivory), and kept her hair and makeup "soft and romantic."

Meanwhile, J.P. wore a Hugo Boss tuxedo, paired with suspenders — Ashley's favorite. "I made a comment once when he wore suspenders that he looked sexy, so I'm glad he did it," Ashley says. "There's nothing sexier than a guy in suspenders!"

Amen to that, sista. Are you feeling inspired by Ashley's wedding? You can buy her dress (The Ashley Alli) at Randi Rahm, and her shoes are available for special order at Manolo Blahnik!
