Megan Fox: I Lost My Baby Weight By Avoiding THIS Major Food Group
Isn't milk supposed to do a body good? Don't tell that to Megan Fox.
The Transformers star has gotten back to her pre-baby shape remarkably quickly following the September birth of her son Noah — and she gives all the credit to one particular dietary choice.
"I’m not eating dairy — that’s my biggest secret," Megan tells Hollyscoop. "It’s really hard on your hormones and it’s not good."
"If you want to gain weight, eat dairy. If you don’t, don’t eat it," she claims. Who knew it was as simple as that?
Then again, it's not like she really had much weight to lose to begin with.
"I only gained 23 pounds when I was pregnant, and I'm still 10 pounds heavier, but I don't want to kill myself trying to get back into shape because it's not a priority right now," she tells the Daily Mirror. "I'm too in love with Noah and I don't want to be away from him. I just want to be home."
In summary: Megan Fox — loves Noah? Yep. Loves ice cream, cheese, and fro-yo? Not so much.
