Kelly Osbourne Reveals Current Weight, Plus Daily Exercise and Meal Plans
Remember when Kelly Osbourne wasn’t a skinny fashionista? The former Osbourne wild child famously bashed Christina Aguilera as fat, then defended her comments by saying Christina had called her fat for years.
Now Kelly is in the new issue of In Touch magazine, talking about her fit 5'2" 112-pound body. She said she actually loves exercising now, which must make her Dancing With the StarsSeason 9 partner, Louis van Amstel, very proud since she wasn’t exactly fond of working out back then.
Kelly said she now does "up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates." For breakfast, she said she eats either cereal or "a little omelet thingy made with egg whites, mushrooms and spinach." For lunch, she told In Touch she usually has a salad or a turkey burger. For dinner, she has brown rice with vegetables and some kind of meat.
It's great to see Kelly looking fit and healthy — and congrats to her for being disciplined enough to stay with her diet and exercise plan for so long. But it’s unfortunate that there's still so much in Hollywood that equates being thin with being happy. Why couldn’t she love herself before the big makeover?
