Grey's Anatomy

Katherine Heigl Helps Fight Animal Cruelty With New Pet Products

Grey's Anatomy is known for its cast of caring stars who like to give back, and that includes ex-cast members, too! Katherine Heigl's (Izzie Stevens) departure from the show may still be controversial, but one thing that everyone can agree on is that her latest venture is aww worthy.

Katherine recently launched the Just One, a line of high quality pet products, a portion of the profits from which will be donated to "help homeless companion animals across the country."

As Katherine herself explains,n"Each time someone buys a Just One product a percentage of that purchase will help to spay and neuter pets, place shelter animals in loving homes and help end the euthanizing of 10,000 companion animals a day."

Just One helps fund the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation, a foundation created by Katherine and her sister Nancy in the memory of their brother, which is dedicated to to ending animal cruelty.

As we said: Totally aww worthy!
