How Megan Fox Lost More Than Half Her Baby Weight Without Hitting the Gym
Add another item to that long list of reasons to be insanely jealous of Megan Fox. The actress recently admitted to Us Weekly that she lost over half of her baby weight already — without even going to the gym.
The magazine reports that Megan has lost 13 of the 23 pounds she gained while pregnant with her first son, Noah, who was born on Sept. 27, but she didn’t shed the weight by working out.
“I can’t work out yet because my body is still too fragile,” the actress, who is also stepmom to husband Brian Austin Green’s 10-year-old son, said earlier this month. “I try to eat whatever I want, but I don’t eat any dairy, and I guess that’s the biggest diet tip. Try and stay away from dairy — especially if you’re a woman! It’s really hard on your hormones.”
The This Is 40 star says she’s really enjoying parenting to the fullest, especially with the help of her hubby.
“He does anything that I can’t do at the moment because I’m too tired,” Megan said of Brian. “Whatever’s going on, he does. He’s with the baby right now. He’s the perfect daddy.”
