The people of Bachelor Nation are constantly hooking up. In fact, we think it’s time to start a chart to keep all their current and past relationships straight! Still, even when romance is a regular occurrence, 2012 brought its fair share of unpredictable couplings.

We’re honestly shocked when anyone finds love on Bachelor Pad. Lust? Sure! But true love — not so much. And, if you asked us, we would never in a million years guess that Kalon McMahon and Lindzi Cox would make a love connection. But not only did they fall in love — they’ve managed to keep the fires burning into the new year! Despite being long distance, those two crazy kids are still making it work. Though they spent Christmas apart, they have plans to spend New Year’s together in Lake Tahoe!

Courtney Robertson rebounds like a boss! That’s not to say she wasn’t devastated by her breakup with Ben Flajnik in October. We just feel there are probably few better ways to rebound than with The Bachelorette Season 8 runner-up Arie Luyendyk, Jr. When Courtney started hooking up with Arie, we had nothing to say but, “get it, girl!”

Even if it didn’t happen in real life, it happened in our dreams, okay?! We’ve been waiting for those two to come to their senses ever since they ended their engagement in November of 2011. They’re meant to be, so we choose to believe the rumors. ALI AND ROBERTO FOREVER!
