Real Housewives Of New York’s Aviva Drescher Shares Diet Tips for Staying Fit

Real Housewives of New York star Aviva Drescher is famously thin and sculpted. Heck, despite all the chaos in St. Barths on Season 5, at least she got to show off her saucy little figure!

So, what’s her secret to staying sexy at 42?

Aviva spilled her dieting tips to Radar Online, explaining “I eat a high protein, low carb diet. I love green juices. I won't drink diet soda, and I avoid pesticides and food with chemicals.” She also avoids foods with nitrates — i.e., bacon and hotdogs — and MSG in favor of organic meats and vegetables.

As for her fitness regimen, Aviva added, “I go spinning a few times a week, but it is more than just exercise, I eat well.”
