Bodyguard Claims Justin Bieber Punched, Berated Him — Oh, and He Wants $420K in Overtime Pay: Report
When it rains, it pours!
Sorry, Justin Bieber fans, but this has been a rough year for your boy so far. Weed. Selena. That paparazzi guy chasing his Ferrari. And he's now being sued by a bodyguard who says he worked for Justin from March 2011 to October 2012.
According to TMZ, Moshe Benabou — an Israeli bodyguard and former member of the Israeli army — accused Justin of berating him and punching him in the chest "multiple times during a disagreement about how to handle a member of Bieber's entourage." He's reportedly seeking unspecified damages for assault and battery — oh, and more than $420,000 in unpaid overtime. Team JB sources told TMZ this guy is a "disgruntled employee looking for money" and the idea that Justin hit him is "absurd."
If he stopped working for Justin in October, it does seem a little odd that this would just come to light now. And what bodyguard would really want to go on record as having been pushed around by Justin? (One who wants a lot of money, it seems.)
