Revenge Season 2 Won’t Go on a Break After Midseason Climax

Those of us dedicated Revengers who have been fans from Day 1 remember the show's painful six-week hiatus last spring directly following the climactic Fire and Ice Engagement party episodes.

The days were long, the bellinis were flowing, and our tears could not be contained. Fortunately, this season things are going to be different.

According to TVLine, the show won’t be taking a break directly following this season’s climax, which is set to hit the Hamptons in Episode 14, “Sacrifice.”

“We’ve mapped out closely what we want the end of the season to be,” show creator Mike Kelley told the site. “This year, like last year, we’re asking the audience to trust us to lead them to a pretty explosive conclusion to Season 2 that I think will have a lot of people talking for a very long time.”

We recently heard that the show will be taking a few weeks off before this climactic episode in early February, but hopefully it will be full steam ahead very soon.

This Sunday, Jan. 20, ABC will air Episode 12, and then the show will take a break for a few weeks during the Super Bowl craze.

Are you excited that the show will stay on following the Episode 14 climax? Tell us your thoughts below!
