Grey's Anatomy

Should Grey’s Anatomy End After Season 9? You Tell Us!

On one hand, we want to bask in the wonders and weirdness of the Grey's Anatomy world forever. Literally forever. Part of us wants to be watching this show when we're 90. On the other hand, all good things must come to an end, and the current lawsuit plotline on Season 9 seems like one way the show could wrap up.

At the end of Season 9, Episode 11: "The End Is the Beginning Is the End," Owen (Kevin McKidd) was informed that the hospital was going to go bankrupt because of the lawsuit settlement, in which Seattle Grace would have to fork over $15 million to each of the plane crash survivors.

Close the doors, that's all, bye-bye Seattle Grace-Mercy West. While the concept of the hospital shutting down breaks our hearts, it would also be a daring end to the show.

Yes, there are plenty of ways Shonda and Co. can write the docs out of this problem, but would you prefer it if Grey's did come to an end this year? Vote with our reaction buttons, and sound off in the comments below!

Catch the next new episode of Grey’s Anatomy on Thursday, January 24, 2013, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
