There are plenty things we’re interested in knowing about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Mohamed Hadid — for example, what made him decide to install his sex dungeon. However, one non-creepy thing we want to know about him is what he does for living.
Regardless of what Mohamed does for work, it has clearly earned him a comfortable salary. In fact, he has a palatial mansion, in which he threw a Season 2 engagement party for Lisa Vanderpump’s daughter Pandora — complete with a camel (why not?). This photogenic mansion has also been seen on Season 1 of Shahs of Sunset.
Another clue into Mohamed’s lavish lifestyle is the hefty divorce settlement that Yolanda Foster received from their 2003 divorce. After eight years of marriage, she walked away with a wallet-expanding $3.6 million (!), along with a couple of homes and cars, not to mention $30K per month in child support. No big deal.
So what profession has allowed Mohamed to get so ridiculously wealthy? As it turns out, he is a very successful real estate developer, who has made his fortune developing Ritz Carlton hotels and gorgeous mansions.
In other words, he knows all about mansions, both as a developer and as an owner.
