America’s Next Top Model’s Brittani Kline: What Is the Cycle 16 Winner Doing Now?
Right after she won America's Next Top Model Cycle 16 in 2011, Brittani Kline said she was moving to New York City with runner-up Molly O’Connell. However, around this time last year, we were struck by the bittersweet news she was quitting IMG Models and returning home to Pennsylvania to complete her education. As she wrote on her Facebook page, at the time (via Idolforums), "Yes, this does mean modeling will most likely not have a part in my life. Unless I return after college or do small work in PA. However, this is what is best for me and I believe I will be much much happier back at home in the mountains. [...] And modeling has been my childhood dream since I can remember. I've done things I thought I'd never do. And it's a bittersweet goodbye to NYC. But sometimes dreams change."
Fast-forward to January 2013, and Brittani is a brand new addition to Twitter — @brittanikline19 — where her bio is “Student/Model/Girlfriend/Cat-Mom” and she tweeted on January 19 that she is still living in Pennsylvania attending school, but "I will be modeling over my breaks though." Yay!
Her Twitter location is marked PA/NYC and she still gets tweets like this from Molly: “@brittanikline19 thanks for buying that box of strawberry gogurt, and leaving it untouched in my fridge. I am thoroughly enjoying them ?you.” So they are still very close, and maybe Brittani stays with Molly in NYC on her breaks? Anyway, we’re glad to hear Brittani will be balancing education with modeling, since the 21-year-old has passion for both. Good luck!
