The Vampire Diaries

Vampire Diaries Spoilers For Season 4, Episode 12: “A View to a Kill” — Is Klaus On Board With Killing Kol?

If there’s one thing The Vampire DiariesKlaus (Joseph Morgan) is passionate about, it’s drawing pony pictures for Caroline (Candice Accola). But he’s also pretty fanatical about his family. In a sneak peek video for Season 4, Episode 12, “A View to a Kill,” the OV has his own plans for dealing with his out-of-control brother, Kol (Nathaniel Buzolic).

In the previous episode, Elena (Nina Dobrev) hit on the idea of having Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) kill the Original who compelled Damon (Ian Somerhalder). That would end her sort-of boyfriend’s compulsion to murder Jeremy and possibly completely grow the hunter’s mark.

It’s not clear from the clip of Klaus has heard the plan, but he’s all for neutralizing the threat. “Well, I apologize for breaking up this sordid little tryst,” he tells the tousled Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Rebekah (Claire Holt). “Have you forgotten that our paranoid brother Kol is running around with a white oak stake and homicide on the brain?”

Bex hasn’t forgotten, since Kol wielded said stake in her direction only the night before. Unfortunately for the Original siblings, Kol also took the majority of Klaus’s daggers — minus the one Rebekah has been holding onto.

“We need to put him down before he does any more damage,” Klaus tells Rebekah, demanding her dagger-and-ash supply.

Sounds like Klaus only wants a temporary solution to the Kol problem, so we wonder how it will all turn out: With a daggered Kol or a dead Kol?
