To stay fit and skinny, our girl loads up with fruit in the morning, and today, she blended up bananas, cantaloupe, cherries, and watermelon with a ton of ice. She Instagrammed the delectable pic, captioning it, “Starting the day off right!”
Though she’s not on an all-liquid diet, kicking off the morning with healthy fruit and lots of vitamins helps her get energized (for working out and being fabulous in general), and we bet it helps her maintain her gorgeous, silky hair, too!
