Pretty Little Liars Season 3, Episode 17: Troian Bellisario Finds It Hard to Walk and Talk in New Clip (VIDEO)
Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario is a master at many things -- acting, singing, French, etc. -- but there’s one thing she hasn’t quite mastered: the walk-and-talk. In a sneak peek from tonight’s episode (Season 3, Episode 17: “Out of the Frying Pan, Into the Inferno”), Spencer is distracted as she takes a walk with Aria (Lucy Hale) and Hanna (Ashley Benson). However, according to Troian, walking and talking on camera is a lot harder than it looks.
“All walking scenes are really funny to shoot,” Troian said in a behind-the-scenes sneak peek of the episode. “You’re walking and talking, which is something you do in everyday life, but when you have lines and you have to hit certain marks...”
Aaron Sorkin would be so disappointed, Tro! Luckily, Spencer didn’t have a lot to say in this particular scene. After all, she’s still recovering from Toby’s (Keegan Allen) betrayal.
“Spencer has a lot going on in her own world, so she’s ahead of the girls,” she said. “I remember in that scene, I don’t say a lot, so I was just kind of walking and watching Ashley and Lucy. I think they were having a little bit of trouble getting their lines, so it would be like, ‘Action!’ And we’d walk, get five lines in and go back and start over again.”
