Pretty Little Liars Season 3, Episode 18 Spoiler Roundup: A Burial, Hypnotherapy, and Provocative Scenes

Spencer's (Troian Bellisario) keeping a major secret, Ezra's (Ian Harding) freaking out, and "A" is as evil as ever on Pretty Little Liars Season 3B. We can't wait to see what happens next on Season 3, Episode 18: "Dead to Me."

While we can't speed up time, we can make the wait for the new episode a tad more bearable by obsessing over spoilers. To aid in speculation, we've rounded up all of the juiciest hints about the episode right here.

Another burial: As you can see in this sneak peek, the DiLaurentis family is once again putting Ali's (Sasha Pieterse) remains to rest, this time in a crypt. However, when the Liars are invited to say goodbye, they're not all interested in the offer.

As the official episode synopsis explains, "Aria (Lucy Hale), Hanna (Ashley Benson) and Emily (Shay Mitchell), are ready for another round of goodbye, if not for them but to also support Jason (Drew Van Acker). Spencer (Troian Bellisario), on the other hand, has had enough and wants nothing to do with the burial. Why keep saying farewell to a girl who wasn’t that great of a friend after all?"

A visit to the good doctor. The official synopsis also reveals that Emily will visit Dr. Sullivan this week "to help with her unresolved feelings about killing Nate." However, she "comes away with much more than expected." As the preview reveals, Emily is going to undergo hypnotherapy, and the result might be some revealing clues about the night Ali died.

Emily is threatened. In what we assume is a related plot, the "A" team is back to targeting Emily with their threats.

Speaking of Dr. Sullivan... Dr. Sullivan will also have a run-in with Mona (Janel Parrish), which sounds like the making of a fun scene.

It's provocative. Writer Andy Reaser says this episode contains "some of the most provocative scenes in the series," and showrunner Marlene King thinks it's going to really "mess with people."

Wesley is back! As we see in the previews, Wesley (Gregg Sulkin) is back and hanging out with Aria.

Good Haleb moments: It sounds like this episode with be good for Haleb.
