Lindsey Vonn Airlifted to Hospital After Scary Ski Jump Crash
American skier Lindsey Vonn was injured today after a ski jump landing went wrong during the super-G at the world championships in Austria. You can watch her crash on video here — it looks like she lost balance and hit her head, then her ski came off and she slid off-course until coming to a stop. Scary.
According to the AP, Lindsey received medical treatment for 12 minutes on the slope before being airlifted to the hospital.
We hope Lindsey heals quickly!
