Kelly Clarkson’s Slim Down Secrets: How Did She Lose Weight?
Fans of American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson have no doubt noticed how fabulous she is looking recently after her efforts to slim down last year.
In an interview with Redbook, Kelly shared her top tips for shaping up.
“I do cardio,” said the 30-year-old singer. “I run. I strength train using my own body weight.”
Despite her sleek new physique, Kelly insists that she’s not interested in competing with stick-thin models.
“Really, what I try to instill in my fans is to be healthy and happy,” she told the magazine. “I have no desire to be super-skinny.”
Even so, we're betting she'll be feeling pretty happy about losing those extra pounds when it comes time for her wedding to Brandon Blackstock coming up soon!
