Once Upon a Time Season 2: Ginnifer Goodwin Talks Charming Tensions and Swan Queen

Once Upon a Time Season 2 kept Mary Margaret/Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) separate from her True Love for a long time. But now that Snow and David Nolan/Prince Charming (Josh Dallas) are back together, will everything be a-okay?

Ginnifer Goodwin recently chatted with Hollywood Life, and she teased her character's future, weighed in on Swan Queen shippers, and more!

On Snow and Charming. Ginnifer hinted that we might see more marital strife as Snow and Charming try to figure out where to go with their life. "Mary Margaret desperately wants to create a family in Storybrooke where things are relatively safer, and Charming definitely wants his kingdom back.”

On Regina's redemption arc. "There will be setbacks, but there will be strides forward, as well," Ginnifer said of Regina (Lana Parrilla).

On Swan Queen. Speaking of Regina, Ginnifer also acknowledged that she knows about the many fans of the Regina/Emma (Jennifer Morrison) ship. "I made a comment [on Twitter] ... that most likely, at 8 o’clock on a Sunday night, we’re not going to show a grandmother-granddaughter makeout scenario ... People thought I was being homophobic, but really, I’m just not into incest. In defense of my character, I’m not into the idea of my daughter making out with my stepmother who tried to kill me several times.

While Regina and Emma are not related by blood, we can certainly see why Snow — and therefore Ginnifer — would have a hard time with the idea of Swan Queen!
