Leah Messer Slams Twitter Followers For Calling Her Daughter Ali “Special Needs”

Say what you want about Teen Mom 2's Leah Messer, but one thing's for sure — she's an awesome mom! The West Virginia native is currently coming to her daughter Aliannah Hope's defense on Twitter, slamming anyone who dares to label her "special needs."

"SHE IS NOT SPECIAL NEEDS, Dumbass!" Leah fired back to one of her Twitter followers. "She's perfect and beautiful! Her name is Aliannah Hope! She's a blessing!"

As many Teen Mom 2 fans know, 3-year-old Ali has been in an out of hospitals for a mysterious condition that has hindered her physical development. Doctors were initially unable to provide a diagnosis, but according to Leah, they finally have some answers.

"Ali girl does have a diagnosis now, and I hate any child being categorized!" she continued. "In my eyes NO child or anyone is SPECIAL NEEDS!"

You tell 'em, mama bear! Ali has made significant progress throughout the past few years, and she's even started walking on her own. We can't wait to see what other challenges she overcomes when Season 4 of Teen Mom 2 premieres on Feb. 18.

Are you excited to see more of Ali and her twin sister Aleeah? Tell us below!
